Service Description
SUP (stand up paddle board) rentals. Life jackets are provided. One board can be used by several people. Rentals may not be available due to weather conditions. *During peak season, cancellations due to customer reasons other than boat cancellations will not be accepted. If you would like to rent during peak season, after receiving your reservation confirmation email, please purchase the item from the shopping section and pick it up in store.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees will be charged as follows. On the day: 100% of the fee Three days before: 50% of the fee As Golden Week and Obon are particularly busy periods, we do not accept cancellations due to customer convenience. Full payment must be made in advance.
